I know that stretching exercises are not your first thought when starting to work out, believe me, I used to be that person that didn’t mind just starting lifting weights without stretching my body, unfortunately, the time passed and now I regret doing that for a long time! I lost flexibility and I had several muscle injuries, just because I didn’t give importance to the stretching exercises.
So here is my advice: work out or not, stretch your body every day and you will feel different, I promise.
